Yup. Went today. Called in the morning to make sure they were open. I went to the one on Livingston st, Luckily it was empty when I went, and they won’t let you hang out in the waiting area, you have to wait outside the building

It's always been like that! I'm assuming it's ten fold worse now that everyone with an appointment are calling to confirm they are open
