After dealing with Uber “support” dozens of times, and every time, being shockingly disappointed over how absolutely brain-dead bad it is, i’m starting to wonder if the support isnt actually outsourced to Rohit in India, but is instead, a poorly crafted, brain-damaged attempt at artificial intelligence?
Think about it.. It seems that it always picks up on one or two key-words and reacts to those, usually when it has nothing to do with the actual problem... Even after multiple back-and forth emails, it literally seems like a retarted 6 year old is at the other end, just randomly banging keys on the keyboard - I swear, even Rohit is smarter than this!
I have never EVER, EVERRR seen support so ridiculously useless and ******ed before anywhere, in any industry.. Is it possible that Uber, the “technology company” has replaced Rohit with an A.I. Support program and has failed at that as badly as it has failed at turning a profit??
