Every time I get a response to an Email from Uber support I can not even pronounce the names. I beleive they are just made up names...guess that is ok because they never solve a problem and just reply with canned answers, especially concerning pool rides...

What I like is that after several backs and forths and the escalation of my tone all of a sudden you get a reply from someone with and English name who resolves the issue almost immediately. I always throw in something like 'if this is Uber's way of treating their DRIVER/PARTNER' .

Last few responses were from, Shewta Singh, Clevon, Mavish, Shrutika and Ankit...wonder who dreams these names up..Also was
told unable to change a pool ride to Uberx...BS. Never got an English name PTCGUY

They were talking about outsourcing drive thru orders to another country too. I bet that still happens at some point. I think they pay the uber reps pennies to copy paste. Could be kids on the other end
