I accepted a ping that was suppose to be 5 mins and 1.8 miles away.....Then when I hit navigate it was really 12 mins and 5 miles away....I immediately cancelled just based off principle.....This has happened twice this week anyone else experience this??

Go on the passenger app as if you were looking to get a ride for yourself. Put in all of the information. Check out the route that Uber suggests your driver will take if you were to order pool and then check out the route that Uber suggest your driver will take if you were to order X. The route that it will show you with pool cuts through blocks, where there are no streets. This is similar to the route that Uber assumes you will take to go pick up your Rider.

Take a screen shot so that you can show it to the nice people who's living room you're driving through.

You trying to be funny but you totally missed the point....the point was I only accept close pings..Uber decided to send me a ping in opposite direction and further than what it initially said soon as I accepted the ping I cancelled it because they either lied or it was a glitch....stick to your day job your not a comedian at all...I was referring to the pick up location not the drop off location...

I don't think you understand what Suze is stating. She is somewhat backing up your claim that Uber is doing something ridiculous. She is making a joke about how stupid Uber's route options are. The time frame you were given when you accepted was what the pax was given, however, in actuality the time you saw from google maps or waze is the true estimate. Read the reply thoroughly before replying.
