If you live in NYC you know that the city's fee collections are a racket. It's impossible to find parking and deliver someone's lunch to the top floor of a corporate high rise.

Anyone who's ever done deliveries in NYC knows how much rigmarole is involved. I don't see how driving for one of these companies is feasible, when you consider parking tickets, and time constraints on deliveries.

Think the best option would be for those who do not want to deal with the
TLC nonsense is Amazon flex @ $27 per hour as they advertised on Craiglist
AFAIK you just need commercial insurance on any car, do not need a 2015
or 16 etc, there were other people who just got a license or are from out of
State, just arrived asking how hard it is drive around NYC imho it's pretty
tough esp with the pax who want to get there 5 minutes ago....so delivering
packages would be a good deal to get familair and make $$ then drive a TLC
vehicle, I have no idea how Amazon's system works or how many hours they
give etc since I got stuck with the FHV license and am already into it for over
$1500 anndd still going thru the process and have yet to make a dime
