Stay away from Intuit HQ in San Diego.

You will get a ping to 7535 Torrey Santa Fe Rd which is about the middle of 56.

The admin assistant will ping you, come down and get into your car and encourage you to start the trip while we wait for her boss. Promises a big tip.

The boss takes 20 minutes, rides to a high end resort in La Jolla, gets out and walks away.... no tip.

Joke those folks.

56 corridor is not my favorite. Pings seem to be few and far between. At least people out there are used to long pickups and don't cancel after seeing the wait times. People in more dense areas see a long wait time, particularly while using DF, and hit cancel. Or maybe they cancel after seeing my ugly mug for their driver.

Yea, I've never had much luck with the people that tell me they will tip big, with 0% success on the people that tell me "I'll make it worth your while." The ever popular "I'll tip you in-app" is gaining success, partly due to Uber's attempt at making it easier to figure out (let's not forget months ago when they completely blocked riders from accessing the in-app tip screen). "I'll leave you a tip in-app. I'm a waitress, I get it" has 100% success. In general, the wealthy do not tip.
