I really don’t get the pronouns thing though. I will address them as “you”. They won’t hear me when I speak of them to my friends behind their back and call them “it”. 😂

No. It says that these potential riders want to control how people speak of them in the third person. Which is insane. It’s one thing when people ask you to address them in a certain way - which, as I said, will still be “you” in both singular and plural, in case they think there’s more of them than the one.

But they don’t get to controlwhat I say when they’re not there. And the idea that they might tells me all I need to know. It’s not about acceptance and respect. It’s about control and manipulation.

Three singular pronouns: he, she, it. Pick one and eff off.
