And this is why myself and other taxi drivers are on this forum not against PHV drivers but against Uber and unethical sub standard policies.
Fair competition is healthy.
Unregulated rule breaking companies and those that defend it who don't give a s**t about their employees are the real evil.

In this life you have to take it not hang about for handouts...so unlike yourself who hang about street corners what I do and I suggest others do is have your own clientel. That way you don't have to rely on others for work....

When this bandwagon comes to a screeching halt you fella will get your comeuppance and be signing on down the job centre.
Look on the bright side its better pay and you can stay indoors all day writing silly posts on forums.

You are probably already signing on and working. Unlike your lot. Alot of PH drivers have brains. Most will have other businesses on the side or use Uber to supplement there existing customer base.
In this trade there is only one way to make money. Graft. I'm not really into that so I have other things on the side. I am also in training for another trade. Just as a back up (driverless cars and that lot)....what are you doing? Driving along old compton street prying for pax 10 hours a day? Loool....
