Yet another bug/glitch further demonstrating that Uber isn't willing to pay for sufficient software testing resources:
Instructions to go offline after trip ends is ignored. I'm still online and it's still calculating just how low my next offer will be or just how far away the next pickup will be or both!
I've experienced this repeatedly -- at least 20 times this month. This feature worked flawlessly for years and now it's utterly broken. Seems they're not regression testing their sh!t no mo.
Solution offered by Einstein with support:
Just tap the Offline button after the trip ends! 🤣
