You don't need to download anything. Call a local Canadian Tire and get your inspection done for free by the end of June, or go to any mechanic and pay their price to get the safety done. The mechanics have the form and fill it out and then you submit it to uber.

Right. I don't trust Canadian Tire at all though. They are crooks. I have the V4 form now from a previous post and will go to my mechanic. He'll do for free.

Is the V4 form all I need?
