I have a black car with tan interior. If the interior was black, it would be an UBERBLACK car. I qualified for UBERSELECT for a reason. I refuse to take UBERX requests. If all UBERSELECT drivers would do this, we wouldn't have 20,000 UBERX drivers in Dallas, TX.

Select business is so slow now days, I wonder how you can make it with only 1 category. If true post a picture of your last trips, otherwise... You're blowing smoke

I just managed to get customer service to set me up 2 profiles. One profile accepts uber X and UBERSELECT and one takes only UBERSELECT. I will be trying it at the airport this week. If the pax see UBERX isn't available or the get stuck in a Prius, they will choose select.

You would need commercial insurance (roughly 5k a year) licensed by the state, undergo state vehicle inspections, take a drug and physical test and obtain a health card, pay a monthly fee for your transmitter card to enter the airport and have a state auditor pay you a visit and check out your books (a yearly/bi yearly visit) maintaining records of all your trips. Your interior/exterior does not determine your class definition with Uber.

You probably got a CS that doesn't realize Dallas doesn't offer that option. You will still get X requests.
