Luton is different to the others, the waiting area includes the area around the airport, but not within the airport perimeter itself. I hope you're still on Exec, and not hanging around doing an X fare for 75p/mile.

I already own a car so some spare change for a few weeks , renovating my house and some holiday money all good , I got a job from Harrow to Luton I only waited 25 mins got a job to Kensington it's better than coming back empty I wanted to go central anyway 38£ pay out its shit but they way I looked at it was someone paid me 38£ for a journey I wanted to do for free I was going central anyway

This is exactly what Uber I think is trying to play on, to get people to accept cheap return journeys as they would have gone back empty anyway.
And most like yourself would prob think the same, i.e. something is better then nothing.
