Turned on the app today , 7.30 am/ish.
Thought there might be a few lads off to the Labour Day March.
Got a ping from Alex , turned out to be a lady In Nundah going to work ( local)
But strange thing happened as I turned into the street, about four doors up my lights came on as my little Cruz fell into the shadow of a huge SUV , an uber waiting outside for pax , gees it was big ,any how while waiting , another huge uber came up the street ( 3 in the one street) but !!! This one was a Ute , you know one of those tradies ones that seat 5 with the small tray at the back, still huge Mitsubishi,
Now, a mate of mine has a new one , when he went to uber for a bit of fun , he was ,was told it was too high off the ground
and yet I saw one pick up pax , with full uber dislosure on all windows !!!
Anyhow after doing 3 locals that was enough ,
The other strange thing driving home along Northgate Rd Northgate, near the Bowls Club there were 4 empty uber eats bags , and empty containers all over the road
Looked like there had been "a street party "
So instead of more " clogging" the roads , expect " littering " the roads Next as the uber eats bags are clearly distinguishable, with there Huge Branding ,
Yeh " 'twas" a Big day
