Wwwhhhaaattt! How would any driver think that it would be ok to transport a very young child with out a parent or guardian?? I mean even if the mother said please take my toddler to school. I would hope any person with half a brain would say no way Jose not with out an adult. I guess that's the problem, another driver without even half a brain. Uber and lyft should make you take an IQ test or at least a common sense test. If you score under 90, (would say 100 but that would probably ilimanate to many drivers) they shouldn't be eligible to drive.
