I'm back to doing uber after about a 2 year hiatus, I re-registered about a month ago when I was about to move. I didn't think of changing the city because I was under the impression that as of July 1, 2017 Florida drivers could drive anywhere in the state. But when I go online it says I'm not registered to drive here, get help, wait 2-3 weeks blah blah blah, uber cs is still garbage and not remotely helplful. No idea what to do. Any suggestions or past experiences appreciated.

Lyft let's you drive anywhere (mostly). Uber doesn't.

Not sure why you would want to drive in Florida anyways. No money except for rare events, holidays aren't even good anymore.
