Me: I am at Northern Terminal Door 1, as requested.
Rider: That is impossible. I am standing right outside the door, and I do not see you.
Me: I am in a 2016 Toyota Corolla that is Blue with VA plates and hazards flashing.
Rider: This doesn't make sense. I am standing here and I don't see you.
At this point I look to my right, out of the passenger window to see a woman standing so close to my car she could have been a part of it.
RIder: Are you sure you are at the right place?
Me: (Rolling window down at this point) Pretty sure since it seems to be you I am talking to on the phone
Rider: Oh, is THIS the car?

Why this surprises me in a country that managed to elect two idiots as president in the past 15 years is a mystery. It would not have been so bad had there not been a picture of me and the car in her app, as well as the plate number and description of the car, AND I had sent her a text with all that information as well.

My favorite people are the ones standing outside door 3 complaining they don't see me and arguing with me that they are standing where their app told them when I'm telling them I'm outside door 3. It won't take long to figure out they're at departures! Love when they say, "oh, sorry, be right down"

They don't try to even look at the app to find out where they should go and don't know how to look for vehicle info on the app, but its easy to ask the driver what car are you driving?
