If I was Lyft I would start inquiring as to who among the drivers has a college education and some experience in the non-driving portion of the job requirements. nobody will ever understand the job until they've actually carried pax as a source of income.
Was it Uber or Lyft that made its employees do a computer simulation of driving PAX instead of having them actually drive PAX?

They will never hire someone who has ever interacted with pax in any way shape or form. It's like the scene in boiler room where they ask if anybody has any trading experience and then fire the two guys who raise their hands. They don't want people who could possibly understand the shady shit they order them to do.

LOL! This is the first I am hearing of that. That is hilarious.

There was a rideshare simulation around awhile back that was fun. It was living in Sacramento but driving in San Francisco.
