I haven't driven for the past 3 weeks, I noticed it started to get slow. Is it getting better now?

It's about the same as 3 weeks ago. It is also what you make of it like where and when you work. Some drivers make more than others working the same amount of hours.

Worry not. I got an e-mail this morning stating that this "looks to be a very busy weekend of requests, as locals flock to the beaches and visitors come from out of town for the holiday weekend."

Makes sense. We all know that people love to travel to South Florida from out of state in July!! And locals always make sure to stick around for as much of the month as possible so they don't miss out of the 150 degree temperatures and 1000% humidity
