Why do passengers think they can talk to people/drivers in this manner? I've never experienced this, thankfully. Been fortunate, or just don't let it get there. Totally shaking my head, though.

I always use the "insurance will be invalidated" angle if they try to cram more than capacity, and suggest that they order XL or SUV. One night in H'wood , one ghetto tatted tramp got upset because I didn't allow for a dude to horizontally lay across the backseat on top of her & the other two tramps (ride would have been to DTLA). I held my ground & they got lost, but not before uttering "Homie be trippinnnn'" as she closed the door. Oh well, not being the "homie" meant that I didn't expose myself to any legal & financial liability

Correction, I did have a kid (looked 12) try and tell me he was 16 as an unaccompanied minor (he shoulda lied to 18, not that it would have mattered). Then when he realized I was not letting him in the car, and all of his appeals were not changing that, he mumbles F*%& you buddy! And walks away...lol
