Alright folks, after 3 weeks of pending status I've decided to call the labor department again (waited 2hrs+) and the lady told me to keep claiming weekly benefits regardless the $0 zero amount. She stated that they have my 1099s (which I faxed and also uploaded from the secure message system) from uber/lyft and that I have to wait as they still need to review I guess until they confirm my work status or so. Asked her if she knows how long it will take, she said she don't know. In addition, I asked her if for sure I am getting the benefits, she stated that she doesn't know and I have to wait for the final review and that if not eligible, they'll notify me. If anyone has different experience please share it here. thanks

On march 22, faxed and uploaded on the message center, 60 pages, montly summaries and 1099's

just to make sure, did you sent them for the both years 2018-2019 or just the 2019? thanks

I've been waiting since April 3. Sent my 1099 for 2019 then. Today I resent my 1099. From 2019 .and pay statement for 2018. And pay statements for 2020 .now just waiting .
