Alright folks, after 3 weeks of pending status I've decided to call the labor department again (waited 2hrs+) and the lady told me to keep claiming weekly benefits regardless the $0 zero amount. She stated that they have my 1099s (which I faxed and also uploaded from the secure message system) from uber/lyft and that I have to wait as they still need to review I guess until they confirm my work status or so. Asked her if she knows how long it will take, she said she don't know. In addition, I asked her if for sure I am getting the benefits, she stated that she doesn't know and I have to wait for the final review and that if not eligible, they'll notify me. If anyone has different experience please share it here. thanks
