Didn't drive yesterday just curious how's this week going for all of you...

Lots of short runs and lots of pool rides. Other then that, quite busy.

Awesome week.....I didn't take a single ride. I plan to have the same type of awesome week, next week as well.

Tried a new strategy last night. Camped out near a frequent surge spot, wait until surge hits 3x+ then log on. 2.5 hours in the car, one ride at 3.5x, $14 tip, total 19 miles driven. Trying it again tonight.

You'll have to go online to the partner portal from a PC. And look for any adjustments made by clicking on the blue triangles next to your fares.
Then contest if any have been adjusted.

It's probably the $15 device charge, or you had a fare adjustment or fuel card charge if you have one, those are the possibilities

I've had way too many cancellations this week thanks to that 1 min pool ride glitch.

$1200 in fares on Uber and $275 on Lyft...roughly $1100 my cut.

Someone likely complained about a cancellation fee or they were pissed off how much the fare cost, so they complained to Uber and got a deduction.

Best week I ever did. The only thing that would make it better is another rate cut.

Lyft surge has exploded over the last 6 or 7 days which is very useful when looking to fill the gaps of the Uber timeouts.

The other thing I have noticed is the amount of mid to upper income demographic - mainly women - switching from Uber to Lyft and vowing never to return.

How did the surgepatience work out this week when it was a much slower week?Same results, better or worse?

The guarantees really hurt the surge this week. Uber upped it again to 30/hour. I'm not optimistic.
