I seen this myself. A pax opens up a Uber account. They get a $50.00 credit towards rides. On their last ride when their credit runs out. They 1 star the driver and lie by making false accusations towards the driver. Uber then gives them a $15.00 credit towards future rides. When that runs out. They open up another Uber account with a different credit card, name and address. Then they rinse and repeat. They have been doing this for a year and a half and Uber hasn't caught on. I told this person they are lying about a driver who might have a sick child and they could lose their job. This person had no comment. Good luck if you pick up this person when their $50.00 credit is running out.
