What we need to go is politely get the word out to pax the problems with Uber, actually a lot are supportive. Had three different pax on Sat. comment they have stopped using Uber completely, unless it is the only option. Inquire if they use Lyft, if not encourage them to sign up for it. Strikes only marginally work.
