Some companies even small ones are 90 days back logged they are even hiring all the fired your freaking crazy employees back. I'm working a small job for the next 2 weeks a family expecting twins and they did not even mention how much they just handed me a check.

Basically you have a very pregnant wife and a freaking out husband and a soon arriving mother in law and two babies with under a month to go before D-day and they could not find a crew to do all the finish work on the new addition.
