It becomes very apparent that pax are clearly having a LOVELY back and forth conversation about yours truly, making jokes & what not. Laughing out loud. Caught one starring thru rear mirror.
I could not have driven any faster, break any harder @ stop signs/red lights.
Anything to piss them off; turned off ac, open all windows on the freeway.

Did they get what they deserve? Should I just stop being a little ***** and suck it up?
Granted ive never had to kick anybody out of my car, and no one has ever thrown up in my car. But this isnt the first time it happens and it sure a hell wont be the last.
Just want honest thoughts/opinons.

Are you serious? You're driving to make money not gather all the respect you can from worthless strangers. Some people are complete, perpetual juveniles and constant scoffers. It's not worth your time to try to win their respect, which after a 15 minute Uber ride, is worth nothing to you, even five minutes later. You'll never get it anyways, so why worry about it?

Do what you can do which is control your emotions and make sound decisions about your "Uber career" and move on.

Yes we are driving to make money, but we don't have to tolerate disrespect. Especially since we are in our own property. You can't go into any other place of business and start disrespecting people, they will eventually have security escort you out the premises.

You have to choose your battles of course, I'm not sure if this particular situation with the girls merits attention. However, we weren't there to really judge.

Not saying you have to suck it up. Kick them out if you feel disrespected, but know you will lose money and watch your rating drop. I would engage them firmly but politely, "Excuse me ladies, is there a problem?" and go from there. If they get the hint and knock it off, carry on. If it gets pissy, put 'em on the curb. Either way you're getting 1 star from them. Give them 1 star back and report them as rude and disrespectful. Just know that no matter what you do you will not change them and you will never get respect from those types of people, period. Tell them Jesus loves them then throw them out.

Disrespect is not something to joke about. You should kick them out if they're rude to you. If I come to a stoplight and pax says "Gimme a break you could've made that light" Boom. Out.

And kick them out anywhere you like. The power dynamic in that car is all yours. They should know that, but if they don't then remind them.

If you were so concerned with the way they were behaving, then the right thing to do is pull over and kick them out, then 1-star them.

Being a psychotic asshat and rolling down the windows on the highway and doing unsafe stuff will get you deactivated in the long run, and if that's what you want, just delete the app and don't put any other pax through your hell machine.

Sounds like someone got bullied a lot in high school, I really think u r more paranoid than anything. Shouldn't you be more worried on driving and things surrounding you than playing "investigation tactics " on your rear view mirror?
I honestly think that you might wanna find something else to do, because if you're not tough skinned in this job, things will bother you a lot and who knows how it will turn out next time you flip out on someone

One time couple of pax were talking dirty in Spanish.. At the end of trip, I said hasta la vista.. Expressions on their faces were priceless.. I do understand about 80% Spanish.
