I picked up an order last week and the paper bag was ripped. I made sure to ask the restaurant to give me another bag. Didn't want the customer thinking it was me.
I have also done this, along with asking for new seal stickers.
Lately, they have been overloading the bags. I have asked them to staple the bags along with the seals because the seals come off.

They're overloading the bags and/or they're closing them so tightly that you're forced to carry them from the bottom like a loaf of bread (Chick-Fil-A is notorious for that). Having to carry the bags like that particularly sucks when the orders include drinks and/or you have to carry more than one bag. If the paper bag can't be carried at the top I now demand that Chick-Fil-A puts their paper bags into a larger plastic bag with handles.

If a restaurant gives me an overloaded bag I tell them I want a larger bag or put the food into two bags.

You are absolutely right! CFA does that consistently! Lately Noodles & Co has begun doing that too.
And I mean way too full.

That’s the evidence? Some people do snack on chips and other junk food while they are in their car. I’ve eaten my own lunch off the app countless times. So you mean to tell me the residue on her fingers is enough evidence to assume they stole your 2 dollar taco? Whether she did or not isn't the point. The point is that isn’t enough evidence to prove shit other than the lady doesn’t do a good job washing her hands.

^It's either the Doritos tacos or cheetos. Only time I've ever had food from orders is when they don't put room numbers at hotels when it doesn't say leave at desk, or apartment codes. The people didn't answer calls or messages...so when the timer runs out it's my decision what to do with the food.
Had some feasts and other times dropped the food off with some homeless camp. Camp drop was in middle of the night and they were sleeping, so hope they eventually smelled and had it.

100% accurate with CFA! With the way they bag it and the crowd in the store I feel like a running back carrying a football through the defense!
