My bad. My old car had disc brakes on front and rear. It's drum brakes for my current car and yes I meant to say brake shoes.

Most likely a local mechanic. I'll check the prices from dealerships and mainstream repair places but I doubt it'll be cheaper. I think you live down south so it might be cheaper for you than me.
