i think it depends on your perspective..... i stay consistently busy weekdays between 8:00 and 2:00 - that's my shift...... some days it's tough to get a break to throw a wizz.........$125 a day on average........no stress no mess.....lol

Only Uber has that number. The only stat I’ve seen was from the data breach settlement from 2016 where there were 29,500 drivers in PA. Greater Pittsburgh makes up about 17% of the state population, so that would mean about 5,000 drivers in the region. Gross Uber bookings have doubled since 2016, so I wouldn’t be surprised if there are 50-100% more drivers. Using that logic, there’d be 7,500-10,000 drivers.

I personally think it's over saturated. I'm going to get a bit emotional on this post lol but I love you guys . So when I moved out here around Feb 2017 from Philadelphia I recall telling my GF at the time I'm going to try Uber here she said go try it I said I don't know these streets or roads put people seem a lot more friendly then Philly so I walked out of my house in Southside Slopes around 9 that Sat night got in my VW Jetta turned the app on said let's see what happens not even 10 sec later I got a ping like 5 miles away with Surge I'm like what the hell this is crazy because Philly you only got SURGE at 2AM or a snow storm. I went on that night to hustle it non stop ended up coming home with $250 that night easily in 4 hours of work. Now I find myself working nearly double the work to make that kind of money if not 3 times it's crazy. It's really time for Uber to start targeting the good drivers the long term drivers with some incentives that make it legit to walk out of your house at 11PM on a Fri or Sat night and tell your wife I'll be back kind of shit.

The good news is only 4% of drivers last a year; can't imagine why.

Have you tried delivery there? I haven't found UE to be worth it around there yet, but DD can be decent if you do it when there's Peak Pay.

Did anyone ever get paid out of that settlement? I know Josh Shapiro's office is going to keep most of the loot.
