How long is a piece of string

Could take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, I would expect around 2months to be fairly typical.

Though due to the flexibility of Uber many self employed PH drivers are applying for an Op Lic and this will impact on waiting times.

Also depends on how long your council takes to issue a Lawful Development Certificate (this varies from council to council).
