I am currently in an ongoing battle with UberSupport and Checkr as to why I was recently denied after my background check was re-ran. I was approved about 7-8 months ago to drive and then one day got an email saying my background was being re-ran. After it was I was denied. I have literally the same record I had when I initially applied with exception of one minor violation actually being removed from my record. Uber says the require this;

If you have not received a copy of your safety screening report, you can request one at https://applicant.checkr.com/status.
In order to pass the safety screening, you must have:
* A minimum of 1 year of U.S. licensing history (if under 23 years old, you must have at least 3 years licensing history). If the license you submitted has been recently renewed or replaced, visit http://ubermovement.com/ilh-navigation-page for instructions on how to prove your licensing history.
* A clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) with no more than 3 incidents in the past 3 years
* No DUIs and no reckless driving
* A clean criminal background check with no felonies or misdemeanors involving theft, violence or drugs in the past 7 years (or more, depending on jurisdiction).
* We do not perform a credit check.

Which i clearly pass.

Has anyone had these issues?

How would anyone here know what you "clearly pass"? Did you request your copy of the FCRA report that they used to take an adverse action against you?
