Same as it always was... Still see surge (same pattern) although it's still minutes behind what it actually is. You still see surge rate when request comes in. You still get paid base+time+distance so if pax wants to change desti it's all good. It hasn't been completely rolled out in NYC yet, in NJ it's actually closer to how it will be when it's completely rolled out.
