How does one get hold of your local office to speak to someone and or ask a question?

I have a Saturn Outlook which seat 7 people and is XL but is not listed for a choice in vehicles... where or who do I ask this question to for help?

ABSOLUTELY USELESS..... did the online chat thing for a solid hour and all the guy did was run through a script... and when I told him I had a 2008 Saturn Outllok he asked me "do all the seats in the car have seatbelts? Maybe thats the reason why it is not listed?"

HUH?????? Seatbelts are the law since the late '60s
