2 points? As in, from a 4.8 to a 2.8?

How do you know which pax rated you low? I'm not a Lyft driver, yet, so I'm just curious.
4.88 to 4.86. Well honestly I'm just guessing. And going by the one who left some crumbs, which is still kind of an assumption. I contacted support and they changed it. Her rating was already not that high so I have to assume.

C’mon friend, don’t let these little things get to you. As long as you do a good job (and by all indications, you do a good job), the ratings are insignificant and the law of averages will play out in your favor. Don’t let these little things get you down or make you vindictive towards your passengers, especially when you don’t know which one it was.

True but I feel I can always be 85 percent sure based on their mood and the ride. I feel lately that I've been pampering people and my buddy told me I got to respect myself.

I’m not saying this in an abrasive way (just with a friendly tone over a beer), but I remember reading recent threads from you on how ratings don’t really matter and how you love this job and want to do it forever.

It’s really quite simple. Crack open a beer and relax. If you’re not into drinking, then grab a bowl of ice cream. And remember to keep it fun.
