How are you getting pax to tip or are you telling them "tip is included"?

Depends on the ride, the customer usually ask how well you do when ubering, there is your key to open door... Well u say between tips and driving I can do ok but with no tips it makes it hard, they usually get real quiet

I'll try that. With these rates the tip can make a huge difference. When they tip they tend to tip 100% of the fare.
