It's so hot outside and we haven't even hit July yet. Better start stocking up on Ozium and vent air fresheners. I've had a couple stinky one's already and it's way too hot to roll the windows down.

I feel you. I had one guy, stunk up my car so badly that every other pax after him thought it was me. I couldn't do anything to get the smell out and found myself apologizing for the smell right when they got in. Not a smart move on my end. I don't think they believed me and thought I was lying because my rating sure dropped after that. I've learned to just not say anything about funky smells to the pax that get in after a funky one gets out.

Carry wet wipes. Right after you drop them stinkies, wipe the seats properly. It helps bigtime. I carry clorox wipes. They do wonders
