I think that this is interesting. Other than committing crimes, we get to see the worst sides of our human foibles. Make all the precautions voluntary and then when people YOU KNOW begin showing symptoms, respond to those threats using pragmatic, reasonable and effective strategies. No one's saying be cavelier or irresponsible but self-created hysteria solves little.
