File a claim with Uber ... tell 'em about how much money you both lost. *will they do anything ... nope

This is not the first time it happens. Usually it has been on Saturday nights, but this time it's on a Friday. That is why Uber wants to characterize itself as a high tech company..... Can't get a rather basic app from simply operating without crashing.

I had the same issue right when I dropped off PAX. Came back up after 30 minutes, and finally was able to end ride. Had to contact support so that the PAX didn't get charged for all the driving around and time after they were dropped off.
