Get a stuffed dog and put in a nanny cam inside the nose. If the passengers ask say it's your service animal. Not sure if you'll be able to capture the images your after, but for sure no one will sit shot gun or mess with your radio. Oh and make sure you talk to it while passengers are in the car.

Does this thing record in both directions? It looks like it does so just confirming. Does it show up on the mirror when it is recording? Probably just playback right? Sorry, gotta get all my idiot questions out of the way. I am interested in buying this from you. I will check out the specks tomorrow. Thank you

Yes, it has two rotatable cameras. It does show up in the mirror when recording, but is hidden with the push of a button. You can playback the video in the mirror too.

There is a flashing green light in the mirror when recording.

Exactly one person has asked me about the blinking light and it was last night. I told her it was a camera, turned on the interior light showed her the cameras and said I was recording out the front window in case of an accident.

It is an excellent dash cam.
