I got that email this morning too. So instead of not accepting them I started cancelling them this morning as do not charge rider. Well of course, I drove away from them for 5 minutes first. I am sure I'll be getting some unprofessional driver cancelled comments on my ratings. Oh well.
 
Email them and ask them for a trip log. Including all trips accepted, cancelled and not accepted as well as time, date, pickup location and drop off location if applicable.

When they can't provide it, tell them when they can back up there emails with real data then they can send emails. Until then fu*ck off

I think there's an issue. If you don't log off the app and just close it I think you're still online. It's an app error issue.

Try it. Close the drivers app and don't log off. Goto the passenger app you will still see your car on it as active.
