The regular guy, who stood up for all of us and faced down the CEO of Uber, Travis Kalanick.



In his own words ...

"Uber kept dropping prices every season to gain more ridership to satisfy their growth, and it didn't matter to Uber if the driver is not even making minimum wage," he said. "And the worst part is, they call us partners, [but] they make the rules, set the price and they even choose the cars you can use."

The real question is whether or not Uber will make changes beneficial to the drivers as a result of this. Personally, I doubt it.
There have already been changes, like Travis' public apology. Changes will likely continue to be "cosmetic", nothing that substantially adds to drivers income. :(

How many threads are we going to create on this exact topic/video.
Lots, I hope! It's a great David vs. Goliath story. One that we need to celebrate with all the crap that we are forced to deal with from both Uber and PAX.
