Hey guys so if I made 11k gross income last year and 7k net income from driving uber only last year, no lyft or juno just uber in one month do I need to file taxes for this income. Uber said it didn't file a 1099k since it didnt meet threshold requirement. Thanks

You still have to file taxes. If you have another job you file based on your total income. For uber they have 2 1099 forums one is for the bonuses and off trip payments the other one is for total you made on trips. As far as I know you won't get 1099 if it's less than 600$ but I think your best choice is contacting an accountant. They know the law than anyone else just a phone call you don't even have to go and they will let you know.
