Since they are asking, you can reply saying you want better rates and in-app tip option. They won't do it anyways, but you can voice some of everybody's concerns till we all get blue.

Maybe reply with a monumental sarcasm saying how tired you get from all the pings you get and how much more money you make from reduced rates, and you needed a break from making all that money.

I hope uber add a tipping option with these low rates the driver could make up for the rate drop

But at the same time driver need to know how to work the surge have app off when you see it orange and then let the surge kick in and let it go 2x then turn you uber app back on and see how much more you make but to many driver dont do that so everybody getting .85 cents a mile

Yep! To many drivers out there doing $16.00 daytime guarantees. I was attending the Rascal Flats concert on Saturday & was looking my pax app saw Uber drivers picking up at no surge...really???

Sadly a lot of people just don't get it, I just got a text it's hopping in Santa Monica get over there to make more money...when I see that I take my shoes off and turn my APP because the text really means help UBER make more money. The surge means shit, especially if you're in killer traffic.

15 minutes to go a mile...driver loses

I have a couple of driver buddies that when we end up at a surge and we are close to being by ourselves we all turn off our APP and we turn them on one at a time, one gets a ride...the next turns on....one at a time
