Had two pax so awful today that I decided to just go home. It was around 90 degrees today and people just seemed on edge.

Anyone else notice a change in pax behavior as it warms up? This will be my first summer on the road.

And yes, pax do get crankier in the summer and mellow out as the cold season approaches.

Demanding, rude, and just plain grumpy. Unusual for my usual area.

In my EMS years, full moons and the first hot days always sucked. Heat definitely changes the dynamics.

I was going to kick the worst of them out, problems from "hello" and a stop, unfortunately he left an anchor. So I browsed UP ?

Full moons and summer nights sure are first responders' nightmares.

Hell yes. I can still smell the combination of gasoline, oil, blood, and alcohol from those nights. Sweet and metallic.

Finally made it out. Looks like snow stuck at about 5,500 ft. Nothing like a May 1st snow shower lol. Although I will take that over 90 degree w/ humidity in VA :biggrin:.
