It's easy for me to stay thin basically because I'm lactose intolerant.

I like those chipotle sofritas burritos.

You should basically have the attitude of seeking out vegetables constantly. And go on a run or a long walk every day. That'll get you a long way.

Eating like that is too expensive

I aim for the maximum calories/dollar

You can easily get up to 500 cal/dollar from taco bell

I need at least 2500-3000 calories per day, so if I spend 10 dollars on a 250 calorie salad I need to spend $100 per day

Fast food is best for maximum cheap calories, but if I had to just sit at home and be cheap, rice and pinto beans is the way to go, and dried beans and rice will last 25 years if stored properly
