I like to ask the most experienced drivers how often do you take breaks and stretch etc?

I notice if I sit too long, my back hurts. I usually go to the gym before work, keep fit and have a vegan diet but, I want to know how many breaks and stretches are needed for the day??

I try to drive at least 6-7 hours and when I get home my back hurts even I only do 2 breaks in the driving period. I will try to do more stretching too.

What about eye strain as well? My eyes hurt after focusing too long. I studied medicine so, should know these answers but would want to know from more experienced drivers. Thanks and health and safety is always the most important concern in life.

Go hang out in the airport queue for one day and study your typical Uber driver. Then ask yourself, "should I be asking for advice from experienced Uber drivers about how best to maintain a healthy lifestyle?"

Your eyes hurt? Go to an optometrist instead of asking Uber drivers.

Driving for Uber, to your body, is the equivalent of smoking multiple packs of cigarettes per day. As someone with herniated discs, I can tell you sitting cramped in a car will make your back worse and your health related expenditures will go up, making your driving profits even more miniscule.
