Time was running out, so I got my Uber inspection done today. Uber says that Tire Kingdom does them for $9.99, but that is NOT true. They told me it is like $29.99, and they said they told Uber this a long time ago but Uber didn't fix the website. He even showed me a printout of the email--I think they are getting tired of people whining about the higher rate.

So instead I went to Advanced Auto Care Center on Archer Road, it was $13.95 and they were nice and quick. I would've gone to Fisher's as some on here have suggested, but that is not exactly the best Ubering area and I wanted to drive right after the inspection.

Also you can asked your dealership service department if they would do it-it should be free, just take in the form. I financed my car from a used car lot and my car is 4 years old so I asked the Hyundai dealership if they would do an annual vehicle inspection required by Uber and Lyft and they said yes- no charge. It takes about an hour but they did not charge me. So ask your dealership and take the form to them if they don't have it-take the form anyway. Just a tip.
In Gainesville, Florida Firestone will charge $19.95 + tax
