... Or was my mentioning of "please reply. I have video evidence" the reason they are ignoring it? In other words, do they not want to see that a pax did something wrong, and it can't be blamed on the driver?

Doesn't the law require that you sell the video or profit from it to make it illegal?
Not sure. Because we represent UBER, a company, and the video is recorded while operating that service, there may be restrictions. Again though, this isn't about posting a video for everyone to gawk at. This is about uber not responding to my report.

You seem to have at least two incidents of one kind or another every single day Pinocchio, I'm just glad you're not the tyoe that would say all these things to seek attention.

Are the guys still jamming phones at LAX?

When you've dropped Reece Witherspoon off let us know.

Enjoy that classy 'dinner' and stay safe bro.

Have you seen the video were the Uber driver gets pummeled by Taco bell drunkard. I wonder if the driver made any money off the footage.
I don't know. I know it got an awful lot of hits on youtube. And I don't know how that law is written in California either but however it's written there must be a ton of exceptions because you can you tube stuff all day with non consenting parties to the recording.

It's not about gawking. These things can be very instructional. Like a dash cam of a car accident. Sure there are people that will look and gawk given the opportunity but there's also people that'll look and see what the driver's could have done differently. And there's people that'll look and try and figure out why did the tire fail. And there's people that'll look and try to figure out a host of things that might have prevented the accident.

I'll give you another example. We had members getting deactivated for too many cancellations a few months ago. A few of them came on to mention it but they tended to view too many questions about how many cancellations, did you get any warning, etc. as being nosy which is understandable. But the reality is that information would have been very helpful to a lot of people.

Anyway, the point is don't assume because someone is interested in watching a video that you have of something unusual that occurred that they just want to gawk or what have you. There's stuff everyone can learn from it.
