Happens to me all the time. Slow Uber system. They charge you first for any optional insurance you have. That reflects the negative number. Later the fare will go through and the trip wil give you the right amount. Uber hasn't gotten their money yet either. Don't worry, as much as you want yout money, Uber wants theirs more.
