I have always got pings for some businesses that just list the business name and no address. Never gave it any thought the directions to the place are always right. I'm in a small market where we don't have 20 McDonalds or what ever the name is.

And another thing.with Lyft you also get addresses that arnt spelled out all the way.I end up scrolling all the way through the map navigation to get the full address. We have 2krogers im like wich one, then scrolling through to find out which one to drive to.I get street address like that to. With uber there fonts are so small you can barley read the adress.and you get 2 different addresses, one when you except the ride then another adress that shows up differently from the original address that you excepted when you arrive.Anybody ever have this problem

Probably another glitch. Daily glitches. Now if you continue to get pings with no addresses, you should probably speak up and lodge a complaint that you need an actual address to complete your ride.

I think that's the fault of the pax; the ones who write a book when entering an address.

It's the same still here in Daytona.

This is one thing I appreciate about Lyft -- that they let us see the address prior to accepting. It's a big help in avoiding schools and grocery stores.
Well that's the minimum Lyft can do for drivers, don't ya think? lol

No addresses ever given here in AZ with the ping. Aren't there specific driver requirements to be able to see that?
Lyft app loads slow. If you don't have good connection the address won't pop up for ten seconds. If it happens again, don't accept the ride, wait to see if it generates before the timer runs out. Lyft algo also studies your patterns, so if it's a location that you normally wouldn't pickup from the app will not generate pickup until you accept. Change you patterns and be inconsistent. Otherwise just accept everything and you will make Atleast $20 in fares an hr (before commission and expenses).

Sometimes I see "Lyft Pickup" or "Lyft Drop off" but I've only see it for one place, a concert venue called First Ave in Minneapolis. I think it does that because it's confused over the venue's name, since it's located on First Ave as well. And sometimes it just says a restaurant or hotel's name rather than an address, but not often. I prefer the name of the place over an address anyway.

I am actively trolling Lyft lately by keeping the app on but accepting no trips. The location bubble is helpful since none of these would have been picked up even if I were taking Lyft trips...
