Post your highest fare. Can't post mine as it is under review.

For all the new drivers, if your fare was high ($100+), Uber reviews the fare and it will be posted in a day or so. Don't be alarmed and be patient.

With that being said, I believe the surge peaked at 5.1x.

Question of the day, is a 5.1x better than a 4.1? Depends on your destination. I was happy to take a 4.1 to North Dallas at 38 miles and 50 minutes. Thought about cancelling but once the pax said I know exactly where your at and I will be there in 5 minutes, I knew I was taking this ride. He was sober enough to walk to me.

38.6 miles in 50 minutes with one detour since a onramp was closed.

shhhhhhh. U are encouraging others and we only make real money once every few months. It was mostly 1.5 to 2.2 then it went crazy for 15 mins. You caught the exact high dollar point. Koidos to you HotRodriquez, you deserve that 3 digit fare! Mine was just 2 digits. You are in the top 5% of all the drivers.

-4.3 surge i had to drive the pax and pay him 20 bucks when we got there.
I got offered a $10 tip, but the lady asked me for change for a $20. I was so broke from the summer driving season that I had to waive it off. Darn....... Her friend gave her the $20 for an early drop off and she wouldn't even pass it on to the poor, unfortunate Uber driver- ME I have had a summer virus and I am hoping my gift to her is a nice, expensive trip to the doctor!

I've worked a few Ranger games, AAC, both airports; but had not tried a concert...so ventured over about 9:30; a wee bit early. Found the army of black vehicles at Walmart; parked my lowly XL vehicle and observed a bit. Did take a self proclaimed set of Lyft drivers 3 blocks so they could get to a rest room; not sure why they didn't walk; but the 3+5 tip was good for a few mins work. They kept saying... wait for the big surge. The concert that was to end at 11... drug on to 12.. to 1pm so got a bit impatient as the surge kept bumping (before the end of concert) to 2+ ; took a 2.0 ping and it was for ride to Humperdinks... ahh, 1.5 miles... but ok ; easy enough to just head back towards the stadium. A bit too anxious I picked up another 2.0 ping; headed to Southlake; so, figured that was that. Got to Southlake and that must have been when the real 4 to 5 plus surge action picked up; actually got back to Arlington in the middle of it; 2 more local rides at 4.3 and 2.0. Largest fare was a Whataburger / ihop 8$ fare wtih a $32 surge. Anyhoo, ~100 in the 4 hours but in a most unconventional way i guess. More of a learning experience; but got a 'training wage' :)

One question? ... it appeared that as the concert was nearing end and during the largest surge periods that Uber had 'grayed' out both XL and Select as 'no XL' vehicles available... What is up with that!? I'm glad i was checking the passenger app ; i could have kept passing on X to wait for an XL which apparently was never to come?

it was hit and Miss. I cancelled on the first Rider on uber and I am glad I did. The dude was going only 3 Miles up to 360 I Then turned off uber and logged on to Lyft Next ride was to Oak cliff with a 200% Prime, i collected $73 Plus Tip. The only issue was that i went to Oakcliff and i was scared to death when dropping him off -Bad reputation of the area (1.05 am!)
